Terms for using Gemdrops

By using the site you agree to these baseline terms for the current public application.

Informational service only

Gemdrops provides informational listings, public chat, community voting, and project submission tools. It does not execute trades, hold client assets, guarantee token claims, or provide investment, legal, tax, or regulatory advice.

Eligibility and lawful use

You may use the service only where doing so is lawful. You are responsible for checking sanctions, securities rules, cryptoasset marketing rules, tax rules, and any other laws that apply to your location and activity.

User accounts and recovery keys

  • Your recovery key is the only login credential for this version of the app.
  • If you lose the recovery key, access may not be recoverable.
  • You are responsible for all activity performed through your recovery key.

Submissions, chat, and voting

Do not submit false, misleading, infringing, abusive, unlawful, or spam content. If you submit a project, you confirm that you have the authority to share the material and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Gemdrops may edit, refuse, remove, or moderate content at any time.

No warranty

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Gemdrops does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, completeness, security, timeliness, claim eligibility, future token distribution, or project legitimacy.

Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gemdrops is not liable for losses related to reliance on listings, price moves, airdrop participation, wallet actions, phishing, project failure, missed claims, smart-contract issues, or third-party content.

Use the service only if you understand the technical and legal risks of crypto products.
